Are you looking for a new fun way to keep fit?

Bored with the gym or lacking motivation? - Have you tried Pole Fitness? 
You do not need to be fit or have any upper body strength to start!! Classes are 1 hour duration; they involve a light warm up, stretch, conditioning, learn pole spins and new moves and put them into a fun routine!

There is always a new move or routine to keep classes exhilarating. Pole will quickly become the highlight of your week !

We level pole classes, beginning with Caterpillar 🐛, moving on to Butterfly 🦋 & then Unicorn 🦄 - for the more advanced moves, so that you can reach your fullest potential comfortably.

Yoga

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a simple style with continuous dynamic movements of poses with your breath, requiring the mind to stay focused and present. Sequences are simple to follow and the classes come to a close with a short meditation. Perfect for Beginners to get in touch with their practice or for your strong yogis to spend an hour connecting with the body.

Pilates

innovative & safe body exercise system

All exercises are done using a mat & a variety of equipment such as resistance bands. It will help you look & feel your very best, teaching body awareness, good posture & easy, graceful movement.

Pilates also improves flexibility, strength, agility & range of motion aiding all aspects of your daily life and other sports.

- This class is suitable for all levels.

Stretch

increase your flexibility with purpose

Move your body like never before in our methodically designed stretch class. Stretch your muscles and hold them in poses with the goal to increase your flexibility and range of motion.

Suitable for the non flexible to expert - we accommodate the class to suit your ability.

This class will allow you to have better ease of movement for your day to day activities & open up even more pole & yoga postures.

Dance

Cardio made easy - burn calories without even realising it

Picture this, the lights are turned down and the party light are on! We've cranked the music up & the air con is flowing! Get ready to dance the night away - easy to follow, funky and fresh dance moves. You don't require any kind of experience.

Two left feet are very welcome - this class is suitable for all fitness levels. Take it easy or dance like no- one's watching.

Duration is a quick 30 minutes so there is no excuse why Dance can't make its way into your weekly fitness regime. Who said keeping fit had to be boring anyway?

- This class is family friendly


Kids

Movement that your kids will actually love to do!

Imagine kids smiling, giggling, begging you to watching brand new moves they have just learned ... all the while making lots of new friends. That's what we want for your child experiencing Freedom Studio.

Our studio is one big family, and we treat it that way. Kids deserves to grow up as a confident young lady or gentleman, which is why our Studio is designed to in still confidence and awaken their imagination and creativity.

Classes focus on being fun, energetic & absolutely packed with creativity so that your child creates memories that will last a lifetime.

- no prior dance or gymnastics experience required. Recommended age 5+ to start

Mum & Baby

Bring your baby with you to class

We pride ourselves in being a Family Friendly Studio. We are your home away from home for some much loved time for yourself, however we understand it's not always that easy to stay active when you have a little one to care for. 

We love being able to cater for mums with babies, mums with kids and families !! 

All morning classes are Mum and Baby friendly (excluding yoga) which means that you can bring your little one and they can sit at the side and colour in / play while you exercise. They do remain your responsibility for the duration of the class however we do love to steal cuddles !


Pole Parties

The ultimate girls night out!!

Let your hair down and have some serious fun at your very own private pole party! Guaranteed to be the best night of your life!

We will theme the night just for you from birthdays, hens nights or team building work parties.

Learn some basic pole moves & put them into a fun routine plus so much more!!  Drinks & nibbles provided. The studio is available Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays.
